Competency-based Interview Sample


This standard elearning course was put in place to increase efficiency (i.e. to ensure facilitator and manager time was spent getting practical value out of their time together, instead of spending the majority of the time learning the theory and basics of Competency-based interviewing).

Thus the elearning delivered the knowledge and basics online, and facilitator time was spent practicing the art of CBI with the support of the facilitator (flipped classroom approach). Videos of actors answering questions were used in the classroom exercises to ensure consistency of experience.

The elearning was delivered in small chunks of five or less minutes that were logically arranged.
